We come to your home or business and install a local AI assistant on your device, tuned to what you actually want it to do. You watch it happen. Nothing is left as a mystery you can't run yourself.
On a refurbished machine, if you need one
No computer that can run it? Getting people connected is part of the mission: we find a refurbished machine that fits your budget, price it with you before anything is bought, and hand it over with the assistant already installed.

Setup is the start, not the end. You get shown how to use it, and a real person to call or text when something breaks or you want it to do more. No call center, no ticket queue.
What it costs
Flat rates, published here like everything else we do. The setup price covers the visit, the install, tuning it to what you want it to do, and a walkthrough until you can run it yourself.

Why local
You own it
The AI runs on your device. There's no monthly subscription and no account to keep paying for. It's a tool you bought once, like any other thing you own.
Your files stay yours
Because it runs on your machine, your documents and conversations don't get sent off to a company's servers to work — there's no company server in the loop. What it can and can't reach is set on your device, not promised in a policy you have to trust.
It works when the internet doesn't
A local assistant keeps working with no signal and no bill. That matters most for the people the cloud serves worst.
Set up by someone accountable
An Army Cavalry Scout with a Computer Science degree. The same person who sets it up is the one who answers when you call. You know whose hands it was in.
Straight about what it is
A local assistant is genuinely useful for everyday work — drafting, summarizing, answering questions, and learning to use your computer better. It is not a giant cloud model, and we won't pretend it is. We set expectations honestly before anything is installed, so you get a tool that helps and not a promise that disappoints.
On a refurbished machine specifically, here is what we have actually measured, not promised. On August 27, 2026, the small 4-billion-parameter model we use where memory is tight decoded at 23 tokens per second on CPU alone, about 3.6 seconds per turn, running off a USB stick. Newer builds are measured on the bench. If you want to see it yourself before you decide anything, bring the machine and watch it run.
